My role at Bell was to act as the motivational and operational leader of the brand programs and to provide the day to day operations backbone of the business. I created compelling narratives that inspired users, yet remain authentic, personal and engaging both with the existing core audience but also with the expanding markets and changing lifestyles.

Bell Joy Ride

Since the launch of the of the Bell Joy Ride program in April 2016, we have hosted over 12,000 women at nearly 250 rides in 13 cities across North America.

The purpose of the Bell Joy Ride program is to partner with ambassadors in areas across North America to lead rides and inspire women to start mountain biking in a stress-free, non-competitive atmosphere. With a focus on skills, confidence, community building and fun.

 

As the program developer and manager, I am proud to be involved in one of the early programs that help build the Women's Mountain Bike Movement.

Designs

Blackburn Designs creates solutions for those looking to adventure with their bike, not the easiest type of products to show on the shelf and in store.   They needed merchandising, asset and collateral development in collaboration with the Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams.  

 

Through shop visits, customer research and insight from our rep force, we created best in class in-store point of purchase merchandising solutions for the product mix.
